Meet CEO Richard Blank

Richard's journey in the call center industry has been filled with numerous unexpected events. At the age of 27, he made the decision to relocate to Costa Rica in order to provide training for employees at one of the prominent call centers in San Jose. With a unique blend of motivational public speaking skills and tactful rhetoric, Richard effectively shared his extensive knowledge and successfully trained over 10,000 bilingual telemarketers. As an avid collector, Richard boasts the largest collection of restored American Pinball machines and antique Rockola Jukeboxes in Central America, thereby integrating gamification into the cultural fabric of CCC. Since 2008, Richard Blank has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Costa Rica's Call Center. Mr. Richard Blank obtained a bachelor's degree in Communication and Spanish from the esteemed University of Arizona, along with a language proficiency certificate from the University of Sevilla in Spain. He was invited as a keynote speaker at Philadelphia's Abington High School's 68th National Honors Society induction ceremony and was honored with induction into the Hall of Fame for Business in 2023. Mr. Blank holds a deep significance in supporting Abington Senior High School. This is why he gladly establishes a scholarship every year, specifically designed for students aiming to pursue a world language as their major at the university level. His dedication to giving back to his alma mater is truly commendable.
