This spoke to me
I really resonated with David's point about not trying to be 'Bob the Builder' and fix others. I've been there too, trying to change my partner and mold them into someone they're not. But I learned the hard way that it's impossible to force someone to grow or change if they're not willing. Leaving that relationship was tough, but I finally understood that people will only become who they want to be, and that's beyond my control. Now, I'm focusing on being the best version of myself and letting go of the need to fix others.

So, I just wanted to say that Jeremiah's voice is literally the calming presence I need in my life right now! I've been living a lie, trying to fit, I felt like I was carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders, trying to be the perfect man. I am raising 2 foster teen boys who have been through some similar sitautions you talk about. I have a wonderful friend who knows that I am always looking for helpful content for the boys to listen too! Your season 1 was what they needed to hear they related too so much! And they adore your new co host, in the mystery episode, David is really going to hit with the younger kids for sure and even the older men, you both sound off each other well. When you talked about losing you files on your Comeback show and how you recognized God trying to get your attention, MAN!!! That was eye opening for me because similar sistuation happened to me, someone stole my whole Chrome Book, #sheeesh, but listening to this and your season 1 has really helped me through!
